Joe Robinson

Chief - Head Trainer / Owner

Joe is the Head Trainer and Owner/Director of Mana Fitness and Nutrition and is an extremely dedicated fitness professional of over 12 years and has been involved in the industry his entire adult life. Joe is passionate about helping everyone to reach their full potential in every facet of life through the benefits of fitness and positive attitude.

Evaraima Koteka

Tribal Leader - Trainer

Let's look at what you can do, not what you can't!

Evaraima is the strong silent warrior of the tribe. He lets his actions lead by example and yet shows amazing empathy with his big heart. A consummate waterman Eva, honed his skills on the ocean fishing, kite surfing, surfing, foiling, spear fishing and sailing. Eva is all about family and dedicates himself to his clients as if they were just that.

Felicity O'meara

Tribal leader - Trainer

An advocate for creating strong and confident women and an industry professional of over ten years, Felicity specialises in body transformation, nutrition and strength and conditioning. Her holistic approach to health and fitness helps her clients to not only achieve their goals but gives them the tools to maintain them for life. Her hobbies involve surfing, dancing and keeping all the boys ego's in check!

Choppy Somjee
Witch Doctor - Osteopath

Choppy is a sports osteopath who's unique healing philosophy to the rehabilitation of sports injuries is based on the deep understanding of the body's innate self healing system. He combines different manual therapy techniques, nutritional science and corrective exercises with the goal of supporting the bodies own healing mechanisms. He holds a Masters degree in Osteopathy and 2 Undergraduate degrees in clinical sciences and bio medical physiology.

Matt Brooks 

 Yoga Instructor

Joining the Mana Tribe in late 2020, Brooksy as he is affectionately known has always had a passion for fitness and wellbeing and trying to find new ways to be stronger and healthier. After trying yoga, he soon realised this was the best way to improve ones whole being from flexibility, strength and mobility to calming ones breath and mind. Brooksy is extremely passionate about helping people realise and understand yoga to make them the best version of themselves.

Paul Mcgilvray
Tribal Leader -  Personal Trainer

Paul comes from a background in sport and thrives in team situations. He loves the sense of tribe that Mana brings to his life. He puts an emphasis on building strong relationships with his clients to ensure they achieve their goals on all levels of their lives. He believes that taking control of your physical routine and succeeding under physical stress better equips you as an individual to handle all of lives obstacles.

Suzy Lahausse 
Certified Massage Therapist

Suzy is our resident certified massage therapist. and began her training in 2018 in Melbourne, and has since trained in a range of other massage styles. Suzy offers Remedial, Pregnancy, Swedish, Lomi Lomi/Kahuna, Deep tissue, Dry Needling and Cupping. Coming from a background in health science, naturopathy, holistic cooking, yoga and breathwork Suzy is passionate about being in service and supporting others in the community. Suzy spends her free time furthering her education and completing a degree in counselling to one day become a holistic therapist of the mind and body. Suzy enjoys camping and learning musical instruments, sewing, swimming, reading, trying new restaurants, seeing live gigs and chilling at the beach with her doggo.
